Where Podium is strong
Podium is built around conversations with customers. According to its pricing page (checked 24 October 2026), its review product collects five-star reviews by text message on Google, Facebook and other sites, and an "AI Employee" add-on handles sales, scheduling and customer conversations. Plans are not published; the page sends you to sales for details.
If your main need is texting customers, taking payments and asking for more reviews, Podium is designed for that.
Where Social for Shops is different
